This template ships with no live backend. The project-inquiry form is a front-end demo and does not transmit or store data. A production deployment should connect a form handler with a clear privacy policy and obtain consent before collecting personal information.

Terms of engagement

Every engagement begins with a written scope and a fixed quote. Work is delivered in milestones with preview deploys. Either party may pause or end an engagement with reasonable notice; completed milestones are invoiced. Specific terms are set out in your individual statement of work.

Code & content ownership

Clients own their code and content. Work is delivered to your repository with no proprietary lock-in, and CMS, hosting, and domain accounts are held in your name.

Accessibility

Northbound builds to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline — keyboard-operable, reduced-motion-aware, and tested with assistive technology. This template itself follows the same standard.
